3- Alert system setup (Days 10–15)

We configure the AI anomaly detection layer — setting your thresholds, testing every alert trigger, and connecting WhatsApp notifications so you receive plain-English alerts on your phone the moment something shifts.

4- Walkthrough & handover (Days 16–18)

No. The dashboard is designed to be read by a business owner, not a data analyst. Every view uses plain-English labels, colour-coded indicators, and simple charts. If you can read a report, you can read this dashboard. We also include a 30-minute walkthrough video you can revisit any time.

Contact us before booking — we check API availability for any tool not on our standard list. If a direct connection is not possible, we often find an indirect route through a middleware like n8n or Zapier. We only proceed if the connection is clean and reliable.

Every hour by default. For businesses that need faster refresh rates — high-volume stores during peak sales periods, for example — we can configure 15-minute or near-real-time updates at no extra build cost. We confirm the right refresh rate for your volume before we start.

Yes. Adding a new source typically takes two to four hours of build work. If you are on our monthly retainer, new source connections are covered within your monthly hours. If not, we quote each addition separately — usually a flat fee of USD $150 to $400 depending on the API complexity.
