Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel each type of purchase.

Digital products

Digital products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. A purchase gives you lifetime access to that product version. No cancellation is needed. For refunds, see our Refund Policy.

Monthly retainers

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice sent to contact@mediabooster.agency. The retainer continues and is billed normally during the 30-day notice period. On cancellation we provide a full handover document within 5 business days.

Scheduled sessions

You can reschedule a consulting or setup session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts by replying to your scheduling email.

Project-based services

Projects may be cancelled by the client at any time. Work completed up to the point of cancellation is billable at the project rate. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
