Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for each type of product and service.

Digital products: 7-day satisfaction guarantee
If a digital product is defective or materially not as described, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing contact@mediabooster.agency with your order number and the reason. Refunds are not available after 7 days.
Done-For-You Setup Service (CSS-009) and the AI Automation Audit
Fully refundable if we are unable to schedule your session within 5 business days of purchase. Once the session has taken place the fee is non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with an audit report we will revise it at no charge.
Custom projects
Deposits paid at project kickoff are non-refundable once work has started. If we fail to deliver according to the agreed scope we will remedy the issue or provide a pro-rated refund. Specific terms are set out in your project agreement.
Monthly retainers (RET-010)
Cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email contact@mediabooster.agency with your name, order number and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
