1. Who we are

2. Our products and services

We offer digital products including automation systems, workflow files, prompt packs, email templates, guides and bundles, all delivered electronically. We also offer services including custom AI automation builds, a done-for-you setup service, consulting audits and monthly support retainers, delivered according to an agreed scope.

Each product page states the price, what is included, the delivery method and the refund terms for that product.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major cards supported by Stripe. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for all digital products and one-off services. Monthly retainers are billed in advance each month until cancelled.

Charges appear on your card statement as MEDIABOOSTER. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee, which is outside our control.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email as a download link within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Services are scheduled by email within 1 business day of purchase. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

5. Digital product licence

When you purchase a digital product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or share our products, or claim them as your own original work. All intellectual property remains with MediaBooster Agency.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and cancellations under our Cancellation Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts, API keys and third-party services you connect to our templates or systems, and for complying with the terms of those services and with applicable law, including privacy law, when you contact your own customers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaBooster Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from using our templates or services; results depend on your store, products and customers.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date of the latest update is shown on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
