Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

MediaBooster Agency sells digital products and remote services only. This policy explains how and when you receive what you bought.

Digital products

All digital products are delivered electronically. After successful payment you receive an automated order confirmation and your download link by email within 5 minutes. Download links remain active for 30 days. If you do not receive your download, check your spam folder and contact contact@mediabooster.agency with your order number.

Setup service and consulting

For the Done-For-You Setup Service (CSS-009) we email you within 1 business day of purchase with a scheduling link. The two-hour setup session takes place live by video call on Google Meet or Zoom, and afterwards we email you a configuration summary (PDF) of everything we set up. For the AI Automation Audit, the audit report is delivered by email within 5 business days of the call.

Monthly retainer

For the Monthly Support Retainer (RET-010) we email you within 1 business day of your first payment to confirm onboarding. Each month we email you a performance report (PDF). If you cancel, we email you a handover document (PDF) within 5 business days.

Custom projects

For custom engagements a project scope and timeline are confirmed before work begins. A kickoff call is scheduled within 5 business days of deposit payment. Simple setups take 10 to 12 business days and full builds take 14 to 28 days. All deliverables are provided digitally.

Physical goods

MediaBooster Agency does not sell or ship physical goods. No physical shipping applies to any order.

International customers

We serve customers worldwide. All products are delivered digitally and all prices are in USD. Your bank may apply a currency conversion fee, which is outside our control.
