When a customer leaves your store without completing their purchase, this workflow starts automatically from a Shopify webhook and runs a timed recovery sequence.
Two AI prompts personalise your own editable emails for each customer and the exact products they left behind, and the sequence stops as soon as they buy. You set the delay before each email in the workflow's settings step. Suggested WhatsApp template texts are included for an optional WhatsApp step (not tested live).
A recovery tracker spreadsheet turns an export of your checkout records into a monthly report of recovered carts, recovered revenue and recovery rate. Separate guides cover setup, the Shopify webhooks, the optional WhatsApp step and testing.
