Once your AI automation systems are live they need ongoing attention to keep performing. Prompts go stale as your product range changes, workflows can break when third-party services update, and performance data reveals what to improve.
Monitoring runs through a small watcher installed in your own n8n. You keep full control, you can switch it off at any time, and we never need your passwords. Each month we watch your active workflows and AI agents for errors, spend up to four hours on optimisation work such as updating knowledge bases, adjusting message copy or fixing connections, and email you performance-report.pdf covering what your systems handled and what we changed.
Priority email support means responses within four business hours, Monday to Friday. If you cancel, we deliver handover-document.pdf so you or another provider can run everything without us.
